About the Author
Tammy is a mother of five and a lifelong storyteller. Her husband and children are her favorite people on the planet, and at times they have served as the inspiration for her creative stories and ideas.
Prior to becoming a published author, Tammy led a Christian children’s program, Release Time, in public schools. She also enjoyed her time working as the 'Story Hour Lady' and clerk at the Robertson County Public Library.
When she isn't dreaming up new stories, Tammy and her husband, Ron, pastor Blue Licks Assembly of God.

Kala Mckinney is the daughter of the author and illustrator of ‘The Marionette.”
As the owner of Kala Mckinney Art & Design and the Art Education Leader at Bath County, Kentucky schools, Kala serves her community through her love of art and bringing stories to life.
Kala earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art Education from Morehead State University and her Master' Degree in Art Education from Georgetown College.

One night, however, Joy was stolen by the sinister Mr. Odious. Her fate was now in the hands of this jealous and selfish man. What would happen to her now? Will Mr. Carver ever get his Joy back?
